Yesterday's Lonny post reminded me that Valentine's Day is right around the corner. My husband loves the buttery cookies from old school Italian pastry shops so I am going to get cracking on some early Valentine's treats.

Oh I have a great recipe for those! Check back next week as I will have it posted by then. I cut the cookies in heart shapes and dyed them colors to look like those chalky hearts but they tasted WAY better :)
